While most agencies and firms do great amounts of pro-bono work, most cannot underwrite these ventures, and fewer actually have a program designed specifically for them. So I created this entity to focus on what matters.

Creative design approaches to community projects come easily as Esau has held positions in many segments of the creative industry. Before starting Meaning Creative, Esau was a principle at Mastermind Company, a full service brand marketing agency. Esau built the business from the ground up. Previous to that he worked in the monument business and in broadcast radio. His outdoor environmental work can be found across the state of Idaho, and his radio work has been broadcast nationally. Esau’s clients have included Department of Agriculture, ValleyRide, Keybank, Big Apple Tea Company NYC, and Sweepeasy (recently featured on SharkTank.). Esau began his career in Seattle stepping away from the Art Institute to care for a newborn, he began freelancing to Starbucks spin off “Nectars” and to an array of Boeing sub-contractors. He has established countless start ups and ventures, and has focused on creating value for the community through his firm. Esau is also a writer and futurist who curates and contributes to a number of blogs, is working on a science fiction novel, and co-leads the Huckins Writer’s Guild.
